Fitness Program for Moms

Decided to become a full-time stay-home mom and discontinued working with private clients. She soon realized that her clients were left without any other resources for getting back into shape and also desired a resource for herself after her own babies were born.
Decided to design a fitness program that was realistic, practical, safe and successful for moms to use after baby. Mara combined her knowledge of Pilates, dance, weight training, and maternal well-being to create the Lil’ Bootie Workout.
The exercises in the Lil’ Bootie Workout to get back into after her own babies and now shares these tools with other moms through her book, Lil' Bootie Guide - Postnatal Fitness for a New Mom as well as workshops and classes.
